How Many Weeks Pregnant?
Summary By Wendy Russet
Pregnancy is actually divided into three stages. During the first trimester, you will be experiencing different changes in you body as a start of preparation for the growth of the baby. Eat foods that can supply nutrients such as fruits and vegetables. On the 16th week (start of the second trimester) to the 24th week, you need to move a few muscles in order to avoid certain health conditions while pregnant such as preclampsia or eclampsia. You must also take the necessary vitamins and supplements to ensure that you will be giving birth to a healthy baby.
The last trimester (28th week to 40th week) is the crucial stage in this month-long course. Even if the normal week for the delivery is from 38th week to the 40th, there are some babies who are given birth as early as 7th month. Although it is so, babies born prematurely have a high chance of living since their body organs and body parts are already complete.
