What Are The Early Signs of Pregnancy?
Executive Summary By Matt Murren
When we talk about early pregnancy signs, we sometimes miss to discuss the typical problems associated with pain in the region of the lower back. Being one of the signs of pregnancy, a lot of women feel this pain severely and some may even suffer it for the entire period of their pregnancy.
It is natural for you to experience a lot of pain around the lower back because your weight undergoes changes and the center of gravity on your body begins to shift to the front portion or the middle portion of your body. The early pregnancy signs change the old way in which you used to stand or even sit due to the fact that your body changes. A missed period is definitely one of the most well known early pregnancy signs but a lot of the women arent really having regular periods or don’t bother with the troublesome chore of recording the dates on a monthly basis. Well, this may happen pretty often because of the dipping in your blood pressure levels due to low blood sugar that happens when you are in the stage of pregnancy. Signs of pregnancy also include the problem of frequent urination. The best thing to do is motivate yourself to sail through this period on a positive note so that your baby will emerge as a positive person too.

COMMON SIGNS OF PREGNANCY
Missed periods: A missed period is the most important classic sign. Around the time of period, some women have pregnancy spotting, which is due to the fertilized egg getting implanted in the uterus. Enhanced sensitivity to smell and taste: This is also a very classic sign of pregnancy as some women experience heightened sensitivity to certain smells and odors as well as develop craving for some food items.
Tiredness, dizziness: Nausea and vomiting prevent pregnant women from eating well which results in dizziness, sometimes fainting too.
More Frequent Urination and Constipation: The growing uterus puts pressure on the urinary bladder, thus frequent urination occurs during pregnancy. Other signs of pregnancy are headache, back pain, cramps, change in complexion and weight loss etc., which are to be watched for.
Set up a healthy life-style, eat balanced diet, get light exercise, and be cheerful and positive during your pregnancy.
