I'm 37 weeks pregnant and 3 days. At my Dr's appointment on Wed I was dilated to 2 centimeters and my cervix was kind of soft. I know this sounds gross (sorry) but you know how when the Dr checks to see how much you are dilated, the pain that it causes.. I guess that bone or whatever that is there.. well... mine is hurting. Every time I get up and walk or even change positions it's sore and hurts. Does this mean that I'm dilating more? Can you feel when you are dilating? Today my boyfriend and I went to the park and walked around for a good hour and a half, went to our baby shower then came home and had sex. Do you think all the activity is making me dilate? I'm just really curious because I've never felt this pain before through out my pregnancy until this morning. Does this mean that the baby is pushing down and ready to possibly come out soon?
